The Association of Cypriot Archaeologists in cooperation with the Department of Antiquities Cyprus organised on 19 April 2011 a colloquium titled "Cylinder Seals in the Old and New Collections of the Cyprus Museum: A Critical Approach" at the Cyprus Museum Library in Nicosia.

The Association of Cypriot Archaeologists organised an open to the public lecture on 05 February 2013 at the Kastelliotissa Hall near the Paphos Gate, Nicosia. Dr. Satraki Anna was the speaker and the topic of her lecture was "Cypriot Basileis - Known and Unknown Rulers at the Age of Cypriot Independence".

It is with great regret that the Association of Cypriot Archaeologists is forced to intervene in the year 2013 regarding an issue that in European and other countries is now deemed a given, viz. the rational management of cultural heritage with respect and compliance with national and European laws, as well as the policies and practices followed internationally. Specifically, we refer to the issue of the management of the Venetian Walls in Nicosia, which are known to be the most important monument of the city.
In the present press release the Association of Cypriot Archaeologists would like to bring to your attention the serious issue that arose due to the upcoming educational trip organized by the Biblical Archaeology Society (BAS) in Turkey and Cyprus, 1-15 June 2012 entitled "In the footsteps of the Apostle Paul." The intention of the organizers is to enter Cyprus through the illegal airport at Tymbou and after an overnight stay in Kyrenia to enter on 12/6 the unoccupied part of the island in order to visit archaeological sites and monuments. On 04 April 2012 the Association of Cypriot Archaeologists called its Members to a General Assembly held at the Kastelliotissa Hall near the Paphos Gate, Nicosia.
